To Use:

Apply a small amount of the scrub to either side of the silicone wand. Gently buff the lips in a circular motion being sure to include the inside of the lip as well. This can also be used by just rubbing the lips together. Afterwards, rinse away dead skin and excess scrub particles with warm water. Follow up with the lip mask & massage into entire lip area.
